Victim Impact Panel in Spanish (MADD)

The purpose of the Victim Impact Panel (VIP) program in Spanish is to help drunk and drugged driving offenders to recognize and internalize the lasting and long-term effects of substance-impaired driving.

If you are charged with DUI/DWI/OWI depending on your state, you might be required to attend a victim impact panel.

A victim impact panel is designed to impress upon drunk drivers that their drinking and driving behaviors can potentially be lethal to themselves, their communities, and their families. A victim impact panel is where you learn how much pain you caused or could have caused other people, yourself, and your loved ones.

Class includes the following:
2 hour Online Victim Impact Panel in Spanish approved by a State Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Completion Certificate at the end of the class
Any needed Law referrals in Spanish

MISUD Group Therapy

Evaluations

Chemical Health Evaluations

A person may also receive a chemical health assessment if they are ordered to do so by an attorney, judge, or probation officer, or as requested by an employer or academic institution.

Many times, chemical dependency evaluations are ordered following underage use of alcohol, possession of illicit drugs, an arrest or conviction of a DWI, or as a request from an attorney prior to a court hearing. In some instances, friends and relatives of people suffering from substance abuse may request a chemical dependency test as a first step toward getting their loved one connected with addiction treatment.

Healthy Mind Healthy Life is licensed and approved to provide teen and adult chemical health evaluation through telehealth.
