Where do I start?

Click on the book now button to schedule yourself on the 30 minute Zoom Telehealth consultation calendar. This consultation will provide you with an opportunity to meet your therapist or coach, get a feel for his or her style, discuss your goals in more detail, and ask any additional questions you may have.

If it's a match (yay!) we’ll schedule an intake appointment and send you some paperwork to complete before your first session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
We also have a sliding scale, so no worries, we work with you! We accept All Major Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the opportunity to pay through your Paypal Account.
Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:
Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Will I be required to pay a copay?
Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
What is my deductible?
Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
If you decide to prepay for sessions, I will provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
